Important information for your booking before arrival:

• • We are happy to consider your preferences. However, we cannot guarantee specific room numbers, and these are accepted as requests only.
  • Arrival/Check-in: 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
  • Departure/Check-out: Until 10:30 AM.
  • Cancellation: The booking agreement is concluded with the mutual booking confirmation. Changes and cancellations are free of charge up to 1 week before arrival. Within one week before arrival we charge 80% of the room price
  • Payment: Please pay for our services on the day of your departure with an EC or credit card at Venngasthof Zur Buche (also for overnight stays at Nassenhof). Guests who have booked via Booking.com have already paid their bill upon booking and can leave their key in the room door. You do not have to go to Venngasthof Zur Buche. However, if you have booked breakfast in addition, this must be paid for at Venngasthof Zur Buche before your departure. An advance payment made by you via bank transfer will of course be deducted. The DEHOGA hotel contract conditions apply to us.
  • Breakfast: Can be booked for 15.00 euros per person per day when staying at Nassenhof. During the week you have the possibility to have breakfast from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM and on Saturdays and Sundays until 11:00 AM in our guest room at Venngasthof Zur Buche (Im Brand 39). For our working hotel guests, we are happy to arrange breakfast from 7:00 AM on request.
  • Dogs: Are welcome ON REQUEST. For a stay of up to 2 nights, we charge a flat rate of 15,- Euro for the additional cleaning effort. From the 3rd day we charge another 5,-€/day. Dogs do not belong in the bed. In case of non-observance and gross soiling of the bed linen, we reserve the right to charge a special surcharge.
  • Internet access: via WLAN – free of charge.
  • Parking: A sufficient number of free parking spaces are available for our guests at the house
  • Non-smoking:
    Smoking is prohibited in the entire building. Including all hotel rooms. We kindly ask you to observe this.
  • Bicycle garage: A lockable bicycle garage is available to our hotel guests free of charge. The batteries of e-bikes can also be charged there. Please do not do this in the room!

The guest accommodation contract (rental agreement) is considered concluded when the room has been confirmed, or, if confirmation was not possible due to time constraints, when it has been provided. The conclusion of the guest accommodation contract (rental agreement) obliges both contracting parties to fulfill the contract, regardless of its duration. The contract cannot be unilaterally cancelled. Tentative or option dates are binding for both parties. Venngasthof “Zur Buche”, owned by Axel Steffens, reserves the right to rent out reserved rooms elsewhere after the expiration of tentative or option dates. Reserved rooms are available to the guest from 2 PM on the day of arrival until 10:30 AM on the day of departure. Should agreed-upon rooms not be available for any reason, Venngasthof “Zur Buche”, owned by Axel Steffens, is obliged to provide equivalent alternative accommodation, even outside the premises, as far as this is reasonable.
